贊曰：後、勸歸也。處名知足，由是不耽生死。主號慈尊，故能垂矜苦厄。

The commentary says: Finally, urging them to take refuge. The place is named 'Contentment' (Tuṣita); therefore, one does not indulge in birth and death. The lord is called the 'Benevolent Honored One' (Maitreya); therefore, he can extend pity to those in hardship and distress.
