贊曰：後、獲得也。隨說宿緣令憶前業，識因知果自成不退，昔不退者更為堅固，隨其位次成上發心。

The commentary says: Next, what they attain. Expounding in accordance with their past conditions causes them to recall their former karma, recognize the cause, and know the fruit, naturally resulting in non-retrogression; those who had not retrogressed in the past are made even firmer, and in accordance with their stage, they accomplish the higher generation of the mind [of awakening].
