贊曰：三、值賢劫佛也。善業純備、正見恒生，既具智福之資糧，逢賢劫之佛。

The Commentary says: Third is meeting the Buddhas of the Bhadrakalpa. Their wholesome karma is pure and complete, right view is constantly produced, and having already equipped themselves with the provisions of wisdom and merit, they will meet the Buddhas of the Bhadrakalpa.
