贊曰：第二、見得不退轉也。善根久熟，見便禮敬，慈悲自起，疾得聞法除不信心，速得不退。

The Commentary says: Second is seeing [him] and obtaining non-retrogression. Their wholesome roots having ripened for a long time, as soon as they see him they bow in reverence; compassion naturally arises, they swiftly hear the Dharma, eliminating minds of disbelief, and quickly attain non-retrogression.
