贊曰：正明發願。宣妙義舍，名善法堂。表親尊重，珠從額出。內院宮字如下自陳，法堂尊勝故標願首。

The commentary says: Formally explaining the making of the vow. The house where the wondrous meaning is proclaimed is named the Hall of the Good Dharma. Symbolizing intimate veneration, the jewel emerges from the forehead. The terms for the palace of the inner court are declared below by oneself; because the Dharma hall is supremely noble, it is placed at the head of the vow.
