贊曰：大神造堂中大段第三諸天覩勝發願往生。彌勒生已方皆發願，亦有未生而發願者。
The commentary says: Within the great deity's creation of the hall, the third major section concerns the deities, upon seeing these excellences, making vows for rebirth. It was only after Maitreya was born that they all made vows, though there were also some who made vows before his birth.
