什曰：秦言不飲酒。不飲酒因緣，出雜寶藏。此是惡趣，男醜女端正，有大勢力，常與天共鬪也。肇曰：釋同上也。
[Kumāra]jīva says: In the language of Qin, this means 'not drinking wine.' The conditions for not drinking wine come from the *Saṃyuktaratnapiṭaka*. This is an evil destiny: the males are ugly and the females are graceful; they possess great power, and constantly do battle with the devas.
[Seng]zhao says: The explanation is the same as above.
