肇曰：寶積亦法身大士，常與淨名俱詣如來，共弘道教。而今獨與里人詣佛者，將生問疾之由，啟茲典之門也。

[Seng]zhao says: Ratnakūṭa is also a dharmakāya mahāsattva, who constantly accompanied the Pure Name in visiting the Tathāgata to jointly propagate the teachings of the Way. But that he now visits the Buddha alone with his fellow villagers is what will give rise to the occasion of inquiring after the illness, opening the portal to this scripture.
