肇曰：第一義，謂諸法一相義也。雖分別諸法殊相而不乖一相，此美法王莫易之道也。動，謂乖矣。
[Seng]zhao says: The ultimate truth refers to the meaning of the single characteristic of all dharmas. Although distinguishing the distinct characteristics of all dharmas, he does not contravene the single characteristic; this praises the unalterable Way of the Dharma King. 'Move' means to contravene.
