1.38

什曰：上言多知多識者，謂現迹二方、化淳一國，物沾其惠又識其人。今云名聞十方者，謂道風遐扇，聞其名也。肇曰：行滿天下，稱無不普。

[Kumāra]jīva says: What was spoken above of being known and recognized by many referred to manifesting traces in both spheres and purifying one country, where beings soaked in their kindness and also recognized their persons. What is spoken now of fame heard throughout the ten directions means the wind of the Path blows far and wide, and their names are heard. [Seng]zhao says: Their practice fills the world, and there is nowhere their praise is not universal.
