肇曰：二乘三界各有別行，若情無勝期，則隨行受報。大士標心佛道，故能迴向彼雜行向于一乘。此迴向心也。

[Seng]zhao says: The two vehicles and the three realms each have their distinct practices; if one has no superior aspiration in mind, one receives retribution according to practice. The mahāsattva sets his aim on the buddha-path, and so can dedicate those miscellaneous practices toward the One Vehicle. This is the mind of dedication.
