什曰：明備此德，所以無畏也。肇曰：心以智德為嚴、形以相好為飾，嚴心所以進道、飾形所以靡俗。

[Kumāra]jīva says: This clarifies that having completed these virtues, they are therefore fearless. [Seng]zhao says: The mind is adorned with wisdom and virtue; the body is decorated with the major marks and minor signs. Adorning the mind is the means to advance in the Path; decorating the body is the means to captivate the mundane world.
