信解受持讀誦，以方便力為諸眾生分別解說、顯示分明。守護法故，是名法之供養。

and with faith and understanding accepts, upholds, reads, and recites them, and through the power of upāya analyzes, explains, and clearly reveals them for the sake of sentient beings, so as to protect and preserve the Dharma—this is called an offering of the Dharma.
