10.158

什曰：以神通力故能現變知心，聞持力故不失所聞，辯才力故能等為人說。有此三力，故能宣布遺法者也。

[Kumāra]jīva says: Through the power of spiritual penetrations he could manifest transformations and know minds; through the power of retaining what is heard he did not lose what had been heard; through the power of eloquence he could explain impartially to others. Having these three powers, he was able to proclaim the bequeathed Dharma.
