肇曰：法若常住，則從未來到現在、從現在到過去，法逕三世則有去來也。以法不常住，故法無去來也。

[Seng]zhao says: "If dharmas were permanent, they would arrive from the future into the present, and from the present into the past; dharmas traversing the three periods of time would then have coming and going. Because dharmas are not permanently abiding, the Dharma has no coming or going."
