肇曰：平等乞食自利利人，故正入佛道，不依聲聞道也。生曰：得平等報者必不偏局為小乘也。

[Seng]zhao says: Begging food with equanimity benefits oneself and benefits others; therefore one rightly enters the Buddha Path and does not rely on the path of the śrāvakas. [Dao]sheng says: One who obtains an equal retribution will certainly not be narrowly restricted to the small vehicle.
