肇曰：法身大士瓦礫盡寶玉耳。若然，則人不貴其惠。故現同求利，豈喜悅之有？
[Seng]zhao says: To a mahāsattva of the dharmakāya, rubble and tiles are all precious jewels. Were he simply so, people would not value his generosity. Therefore he manifested as seeking gain along with them; how could he take delight in it?
