肇曰：內有樂說智生則說法無窮，名樂說辯也。此辯一起，乃是補處之所歎，而況聲聞乎。
[Seng]zhao says: "When the wisdom of joyful exposition arises within, expounding the Dharma is inexhaustible; this is called the eloquence of joyful exposition. When this eloquence arises, it is praised even by [bodhisattvas] of next life [to buddhahood], so how much more by śrāvakas!"
