生曰：既以思欲為原，便不出三界，三界是病之境也。佛為悟理之體，超越其域，應有何病耶？言佛為世尊者，以明過於世間也。

[Dao]sheng says: "Since thinking and desire are the source, one does not transcend the three realms; the three realms are the realm of illness. The Buddha is the embodiment of awakening to principle, transcending that domain; what illness could he have? Saying that the Buddha is the World-Honoured One clarifies that he transcends the world."
