生曰：害其慧命為魔者，怨之甚者也。順在起彼惠心是親友之義，而不見異於怨也。
[Dao]sheng says: Harming their wisdom-life to act as a māra is enmity at its worst. In conforming [to the real], giving rise to that mind of generous benefit has the meaning of being a close friend, yet it is not seen as different from enmity.
