4.26
什曰:實相常定,故名正位。向以因緣明生非真實,故無受記。今明生既非真則無生,無生則常定,常定中無受記也。
[Kumāra]jīva says: The true mark is constantly settled; hence it is called the 'correct position'. Previously, through causes and conditions, he clarified that birth is not real, and therefore there is no receiving of a prophecy. Now he clarifies that since birth is not real, it is non-arising; non-arising is constantly settled, and within the constantly settled there is no receiving of a prophecy.
