5.118
[Seng]zhao says: The four great elements are fundamentally non-existent, and illness likewise does not exist; yet the empty and provisional illnesses of sentient beings arise from the four great elements, and therefore I respond to their illnesses with an empty and provisional illness. Tracing back to their fundamental basis, both other and self lack reality; so why wish to inspect their outward form? [Dao]sheng says: It is also due to this and is not a real illness.
