什曰：雖身逝命終而意不捨也。生曰：因病致懈，懈乃愈生其憂。勤與命競，恒患不至，豈復容惱哉？
[Kumāra]jīva says: Though the body perishes and life ends, the intention does not waver. [Dao]sheng says: Illness leads to laxity, and laxity only engenders more worry. Striving in contention with life, ever anxious that one may not attain it, how could there be room left for distress?
