5.20

什曰：神通變化是為遊，引物於我，非真故名戲也。復次神通雖大，能者易之，於我無難，猶如戲也。亦云於神通中善能入住出自在無礙。肇曰：遊通化人，以之自娛。

[Kumāra]jīva says: Spiritual powers and transformations are 'roaming'; leading beings to oneself, not being an ultimate reality, is named 'play'. Furthermore, although spiritual powers are great, they are easy for an adept; for me there is no difficulty, just like play. It is also said that within spiritual powers he is skilled in entering, abiding, and emerging with sovereign freedom without hindrance. [Seng]zhao says: Roaming through spiritual powers to transform people, he takes amusement in it.
