5.294
肇曰：欲言在生死，生死不能污；欲言住涅槃，而復不滅度。是以處中道而行者，非在生死、非住涅槃。
[Seng]zhao says: If one wished to say he is in saṃsāra, saṃsāra cannot defile him; if one wished to say he dwells in nirvāṇa, he furthermore does not enter extinction. Therefore, one who practices dwelling in the Middle Way is neither in saṃsāra nor dwells in nirvāṇa.
