肇曰：雖現成佛、轉法輪、入涅槃，而不永寂，還入生死修菩薩法。如上所列，豈二乘之所能乎？獨菩薩行耳。

[Seng]zhao says: Although manifesting the attainment of buddhahood, turning the Dharma wheel, and entering nirvāṇa, one does not enter eternal quiescence, but returns to saṃsāra to cultivate the bodhisattva Dharma. As listed above, how could the two vehicles be capable of this? It is the bodhisattva's practice alone.
