生曰：問本在前，今答居後，故稱之焉。不先答者，其病之因以生滅而顯故也。

[Dao]sheng says: The question originally came first, but now the answer is placed behind, which is why it is repeated here. He did not answer it first because the cause of the illness is revealed through its arising and extinguishing.
