什曰：無因即自然，自然即無師義也。肇曰：大乘之道無師而成，謂之自然。菩薩真慈亦無因而就，可名自然乎。
[Kumāra]jīva says: Without cause is spontaneity; spontaneity means being without a teacher. [Seng]zhao says: The path of the Mahāyāna is completed without a teacher, which is called spontaneous. The bodhisattva's true benevolence is also accomplished without a cause; can it not be called spontaneous?
