肇曰，住化一切則其心廣大，廣大其心則所之無難，此住佛德力之謂也。生曰：明以濟而入，必住度脫中者也。
[Seng]zhao says: Abiding in transforming all beings, his mind is vast; when his mind is vast, wherever he goes presents no difficulty. This is what is meant by abiding in the power of the Buddha's merits. [Dao]sheng says: This clarifies that entering to rescue them means one must abide in delivering [them].
