別本云「不如法分別」，什曰：梵本云「不淨」，沙門絕於飾好，故以華為不淨也。

Another recension reads "differentiate as not in accordance with the Dharma." [Kumāra]jīva says: The Sanskrit text says "impure." Śramaṇas cut off adornments and finery, so they regard flowers as impure.
