肇曰：犯律有罪重而不障道，有輕罪而障道者。亦有三障，業障、報障、煩惱障也。

[Seng]zhao says: Among violations of the vinaya, there are heavy offenses that do not obstruct the path, and light offenses that do obstruct the path. There are also three obstructions: the obstruction of karma, the obstruction of retribution, and the obstruction of defilement.
