8.36

什曰：一切有漏善心，及善身口業，無漏乃至涅槃，名為善。一切煩惱所作身口業，名不善也。

[Kumāra]jīva says: All wholesome minds with outflows, as well as wholesome bodily and verbal actions, and the outflow-free states up to nirvāṇa, are called 'wholesome'. All bodily and verbal actions performed under defilements are called 'unwholesome'.
