肇曰：夫有入則有出，有出必有溢，有溢必有散，此俗中之常數。

[Seng]zhao says: Where there is entering there is exiting; where there is exiting there must be overflowing; where there is overflowing there must be dispersing—these are the ordinary measures of convention.
