肇曰：有為法有三相故有盡，無為法無三相故無盡。生曰：無為則不盡矣。
[Seng]zhao says: Conditioned dharmas have the three characteristics, and therefore have exhaustion; unconditioned dharmas lack the three characteristics, and therefore have no exhaustion. [Dao]sheng says: Being unconditioned, it is inexhaustible.
