什曰：上說始種善根，今明修習增進。修習增進名為行，萬善斯行無所齊限。亦云不以劫數為限也。肇曰：上云種善根，此云無齊限，轉增廣也。

[Kumāra]jīva says: Above, it spoke of initially planting wholesome roots; here, it clarifies cultivating, practicing, and advancing. Cultivation and advancement are called 'practice'; the myriad wholesome practices are carried out without any limit. It also means not taking kalpa numbers as a limit. [Seng]zhao says: Above it said 'planting wholesome roots', and here it says 'without limit', showing progressive increase and expansion.
