什曰：取彼淨國相然後修行，稱之故致淨國與彼無異，是名以彼成己也。肇曰：為好飾者，淨土不得不盡淨土之美。

[Kumāra]jīva says: Taking the characteristics of those pure lands and practicing accordingly, one measures up to them and therefore brings about a pure land that is no different from them; this is called 'using those to accomplish one's own'. [Seng]zhao says: For those who love adornment, the pure land cannot fail to exhaust the beauty of a pure land.
