肇曰：凡所舉動，一則如來音聲。三不護威儀，皆佛事也。菩薩雖未全具，然豫入其境，故言得也。
[Seng]zhao says: In every movement, all accords with the Tathāgata's voice. The three grounds of non-concealment and deportment are all buddha-activities. Although bodhisattvas do not yet possess them in full, because they have advanced into that realm, it says 'attaining'.
