肇曰：放逸乃眾惡之門、喪道之根，心無放逸則無善不集。善法無量，故略言本也。
[Seng]zhao says: Heedlessness is the gate to all evils, the root of losing the Way; when the mind is free from heedlessness, there is no good that does not gather. Wholesome dharmas are immeasurable, hence it speaks briefly of the 'root'.
