肇曰：二法雖異而行必相因，故對而辯之。明行名有以，造用不同也。

[Seng]zhao says: Although the two dharmas are different, their practice must be mutually dependent; hence he discriminates them in pairs, clarifying that the names of practices have their reasons, and their applications are distinct.
