肇曰：明一四句為他人說，其福多於隨喜，故言即是受記。前言取者，以會歸為言耳，未及記耳。

[Seng]zhao says: This clarifies that explaining a single four-line verse to others produces merit exceeding that of rejoicing in accord; hence it says they 'receive the prophecy.' The previous mention of 'taking hold' spoke in terms of the ultimate destination, not yet reaching prophecy itself.
