9.58

肇曰：有真淨土純法身菩薩，外無言說、內無情識，寂莫無為而超悟於事外，非是言情所能稱述。此佛事之上者也。

[Seng]zhao says: There are true pure lands of pure dharmakāya bodhisattvas: externally without verbal speech, internally without emotional consciousness, silent and uncontrived, transcending and awakening beyond worldly activities; they are not something that can be praised or described by words or emotions. This is the highest of a buddha's works.
