10.118

[Seng]zhao says: Because one does not awaken to dependent arising, there is the delusion of wrong views and the bewilderment of clinging to a self. If one practices as taught, one attains bright wisdom and clearly perceives the root sources from which the twelve links of dependent origination arise; hence one can leave behind all wrong views, attain the endurance of non-arising, and have no further notions of an 'I', a self, or sentient beings. Seeing causes and conditions as they are is called 'according with'; clearly comprehending existence and non-existence is called 'resolutely certain'. These are all different designations for the functioning of wisdom.
