[Seng]zhao says: Because they do not exhaust the conditioned, they are free from the encumbrance of hindering virtue; because they do not abide in the unconditioned, they are free from the hindrance of solitary goodness. These two unhindered doors are the vital path for bodhisattvas to propagate the Way, and the source from which buddha-works proceed unfailingly. He urges them to learn it, showing them the inconceivable way of buddha-works, so that they will surely discern that the buddhas are not diverse.
