「其以方便現身有疾」，是第三段，現病起說。假病弘道，故曰方便。此亦是前諸方便中一方便耳。上來由序。

"He used upāya to manifest his body as being afflicted with illness" is the third section: manifesting illness to initiate the teaching. Utilizing illness to propagate the path is called upāya. This too is simply one upāya among all the aforementioned upāyas. The above is the prologue.
