2.29

自下第四彼富樓那自申己闕，「我念聲聞不觀人根不應說法」。前辭、次釋、「是故」下結。

From here down, the fourth [section], Pūrṇa presents his own deficiency: "I reflect that a śrāvaka who does not observe people's faculties should not expound the Dharma." First he declines, next he explains, and from "therefore" onwards he concludes.
