問曰：今此明菩薩行，菩薩正應行菩薩慈，云何宣說行羅漢慈乃至佛慈？菩薩遍學一切法故。

Question: Now, this explains the bodhisattva's practice, and a bodhisattva should properly practice the bodhisattva's benevolence; why speak of practicing the benevolence of an arhat up to the benevolence of a Buddha? [Answer:] Because bodhisattvas train universally in all dharmas.
