From here below, three verses conclude and praise as a whole. Within these, the first verse praises himself to reveal superiority; the middle one verse relies on the buddhas to reveal superiority; the final one verse relies on people to reveal superiority. In the first praise of himself: “Such paths are immeasurable” reiterates in order to praise as a whole. The above paths of personal benefit and benefiting others, when discussed in detail individually, are vast and immeasurable. Below he praises them individually: “What he practices has no shore, and his wisdom is boundless” individually praises his own practice: the merit he practices has no edge or shore, and the practice of wisdom is also boundless. “Delivering countless multitudes” individually praises benefiting others. In the praise relying on the buddhas: “Even if all buddhas” praises the vastness of the persons. “For countless kotis of eons” praises the length of time. “Praising his virtues, they still could not exhaust them” means that what is praised is vast. When all buddhas praising together still cannot exhaust them, how much less could other people! In revealing through people: “Who that hears this Dharma would not generate the aspiration?” relies on the wise to reveal superiority, causing others to generate the aspiration together. “Except for unworthy people who are foolish and without wisdom” sets apart the foolish to reveal superiority: those who hear the Dharma and reject it, refusing to yield and submit, are called unworthy people.
