「如是天帝當知此要以法供」下，是第三段結嘆勸學。「當知法供於諸供養為上為最第一無比」，是結嘆也。「是故天帝當知法供供養於佛」，是勸學也。

From "Thus, Lord of the Gods, you should know this essential point: through the Dharma offering..." downward is the third section, concluding with praise and encouraging study. "You should know that among all offerings, the Dharma offering is superior, supreme, foremost, and peerless" is the conclusion and praise. "Therefore, Lord of the Gods, you should know that the Dharma offering is to make offerings to the Buddha" is encouraging study.
