五、明悉檀起聖說法、聖默然者，如《思益經》云：「佛告諸比丘：『汝等當行二事：若聖說法、若聖默然。』」

Fifth, explaining that the siddhāntas give rise to the noble preaching of Dharma and noble silence: As the Viśeṣacintibrahma-paripṛcchā Sūtra says, 'The Buddha told the monks: "You should practice two things: either the noble preaching of Dharma, or noble silence."'
