1.93

若宜聞直說世界，宜直說者，是言教之本，用世界悉檀直說世界名相，即是修多羅經；

If it is fitting to hear a direct exposition of the world, and direct exposition is appropriate, this is the root of the verbal teaching; using the worldly siddhānta to directly expound the names and characteristics of the world is the sūtras.
